Do you need an antidote to the world? Pastor John continues his series discussing the threefold nature of man— body, soul and spirit. In the Garden, when Adam sinned, he lost the covering of the Spirit. Since that time man has unsuccessfully tried to cover himself with things of the world (work, possessions, appearance, performance, achievement). Through Christ, God has made a way for man to rekindle the Spirit. We accept Christ, repent our sins, are washed by the Word and covered by the Spirit. With God’s covering, we can face the Devil and have victory!
