Body, Soul, & Spirit (Part 3)

This is part 2 of last week’s message. After eating the fruit, Adam lost his “God covering” when the Holy Spirit left him. Now naked, mentally, physically and spiritually, Adam and his descendants (us) attempt to cover our nakedness with things of the world and not of God. In this state, we are irredeemable and God’s only way to save man is to kill man. When we are born again, the Holy Spirit returns to us. However, there is a hostility between the flesh and the Spirit and the Enemy continues to draw us away from God, focusing us on earthly things. Time to become the hunter and let the Holy Spirit purge our soul to deal with these earthly things. Next week…being constantly revived.
